While not specialized in Japanese cuisine alone, Jogoya is a massive restaurant of nearly 30,000 square feet. (the largest buffet restaurant in Malaysia, in fact) Even though many patrons are certainly attracted by the sashimi platters which are typically pricey in stores, Jogoya offers selections more vast than any high-end hotel.
Among the sections are Japanese, Dim Sum, Western, Teppanyaki, Chinese and Steamboat. But its not all cheap fare, many of the dishes incorporate expensive ingredients such as the infamous “Buddha Jump Over The Wall” soup which features sea cucumber and abalone! 😮
